Go Debt Free - A Poem From Ashlee.
Dear DIary:
Here's a poem I wrote for my parents. They want to raise me in a home that's capable of debt free living but they argue so much. I wrote this on the computer and printed it out on really good paper and I hope they read it and realize that I just want us to get a debt free solution.
somehow i wish i have the courage to tell you i love you and that we should go debt free.
somehow i wish you could talk to me and let me help you
somehow i wish you could be here for me when I cry about Jimmy.
somehow i wish that you were my best friends.
but i know no matter how much i wished that we were debt free...
if nothing is done, nothing will happen
but i have no courage to tell you i love you and that we can
and i do not want to keep on hoping that you would be mine, when nothing is even being done.
the more i try to help us
the more i think about your fighting and screaming
the more i think about your fights, the more i hate myself.
the more i hate myself, the more antisocial i get,
the more antisocial i get, the more i wanna be away from you.
I've been looking through photographs that dad took with his then-new digital camera and wish that he'd not gotten it. If he'd not spent that money we could
Love,
Ashlee.
