Debt Reduction Plan
Debt reduction plan - A plan for the future is a plan for your family
Debt Reduction Plan - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
Dear Diary,
Today at school we were talking about strategies to achieve our goals. Like if we want to be doctors, we should do good in school and when we are older try to work at a hospital during college or something. We were just talking a lot about planning for the future and I started to think that maybe strategy is what my dad needs to get us out of debt. This got me thinking about a debt reduction plan and what it would be.
What will get my dad out of debt?
So I got to brainstorming what I thought a good debt reduction plan would be. I was thinking about how we got in debt. My mom says overspending. So, I figure first things first, we need to stop overspending. And on the website about getting a debt reduction plan, they said you should consolidate. This seems like a good idea. From what they said they combine all your bills and then you pay less money every month. Paying less money seems like how to have more money. I mean, it is just like subtracting, right? Anyway, so they get you lower interest rates, so you don't end up paying as much money. So, that seems smart, right? I don't know that much about all this money stuff, but saving money and saving less seems to be the right way to go.
I saw one debt reduction program that said that with them you can save up to a third of what you would have paid. That is a lot. I told my mom that I think we should sign up with a debt reduction plan. She said that she would tell my dad. I think my parents are real proud of me for taking initiative about this whole debt thing. I mean, I want them to get out of debt. I want new stuff. Plus, I want my dad to be happy again. So I wrote down the web address for this debt reduction plan and gave it to my dad. He says he is going to check it out. I hope he does.
So, today at lunch this fat girl I don't like kept staring at Jimmy while I was telling him about my debt reduction plan. I was aggravated, but he didn't even look at her which made me happy.
luv, Ash
