I think Dad ought to call up the local debt management company and get some advice. He keeps telling Mom over and over that we cannot afford to waste money because the bills are too high. Yet he does not offer another idea. I mean, a debt management service can help Dad out, lower his bills by 33 percent or more and consolidate them into one easy-to-manage payment per month, so why not purse that? I don't get it sometimes. Seems like a perfect debt management solution 2 me, but what do I know.

The only things I know about debt management services are what I read online and in the papers, simple stuff but certainly worth giving some thought to. The kind of things like no obligations when U apply or no fees involved for their services - that is all good stuff for consumers. I mean, what harm can come of it if debt management services don't charge U anything? And who wouldn't want a free consultation with debt management experts about their options, 2 talk to a credit counseling person?

I dunno, but this whole thing has got me into a tizzy, Diary. I am gonna go get some milk and cookies and try 2 clear my head.

Seriously. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place, whatever that meanz. I try to talk about debt management services 2 my Dad and all he does is insist we are fine, when we all know we R not.
